An exciting and new opportunity has
arisen in our After Sales Department for a skilled and experienced application
The Successful candidate will be
responsible for the technical support of O.E.M’s, Dealers, and workshops that
need to develop boats carry out installations of rigging and engines as well as
do performance testing.
Provide support on complex technical
installations, problems, and support for our regional Mercury Racing Teams.
Be able to analyze, diagnose, and develop
solutions for complex technical and service-related challenges that will ensure
Extreme Marine delivers best-practice service standards, procedures, and
Build BOM lists for any new project
in order to suit the objectives.
Warranty handling and claims report
training in order to identify training needs and/or possible improvements.
Provide application engineering
support to the OEM production entities and assist the sales team responsible
for customer accounts.
Must be English-speaking and have a
minimum of 5 years experience in a company with a dealer network structure.
A strong technical background with experience
is necessary, especially in mechanics and electronics.
Display initiative, able to work independently.
Customer and solution-oriented.
Frequent travel required.
Good verbal and written communication
Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office,
ERP structures, and AutoCAD as well as network communication technologies (NMEA
Boating license with expert driving
