An exciting and new opportunity has arisen in our After Sales Department for a skilled and experienced application Engineer.

·      

The Successful candidate will be responsible for the technical support of O.E.M’s, Dealers, and workshops that need to develop boats carry out installations of rigging and engines as well as do performance testing.

·      

Provide support on complex technical installations, problems, and support for our regional Mercury Racing Teams.

·      

Be able to analyze, diagnose, and develop solutions for complex technical and service-related challenges that will ensure Extreme Marine delivers best-practice service standards, procedures, and policies.

·      

Build BOM lists for any new project in order to suit the objectives.

·      

Warranty handling and claims report training in order to identify training needs and/or possible improvements.

·      

Provide application engineering support to the OEM production entities and assist the sales team responsible for customer accounts.

·      

Must be English-speaking and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a company with a dealer network structure.

·      

A strong technical background with experience is necessary, especially in mechanics and electronics.

·      

Display initiative, able to work independently.

·      

Customer and solution-oriented.

·      

Frequent travel required.

·      

Good verbal and written communication skills.

·      

Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, ERP structures, and AutoCAD as well as network communication technologies (NMEA 2000).

·      

Boating license with expert driving skills.

Completely redesign our website and activate regular social media communications through our Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube and all other available and relevant channels. Start and manage an e-commerce online retail platform of our many products. Gathering video and photo material from our activities, media material from Mercury and activities for our racing programs, customer activities as well as projects of our corporate customers and communicate these to increase the exposure of the products and activities we are involved with. Control the marketing budget and deliver on the objectives of the Company to facilitate us exceeding our targets and customer satisfaction aspirations. Measure our CRM results and carry out customer satisfaction surveys. Control our marketing material and replenish our brochures and other forms of communication. Plan, organize and carry out all responsibilities with regards to our participation in Boat Shows and arrange customer events as planned in our annual marketing plan.
